Embark on a culinary journey through the highlands of Sardinia, with a menu inspired by the terroir of Barbagia.
Chef Leonardo, from the restaurant Ciao located in the elegant Hôtel Mérode, has crafted four dishes to pair with our wine selection; each pairing embodies the wild spirit of this elevated region, reaching up to 700 metres above sea level. Expect a gastronomic adventure where every bite is an invitation to rediscover Sardinia in a new light.

- Granazza & Crostino, ricotta sarda e bottarga, olio alle foglie di fico
- Vermentino & Polenta fritta, funghi trifolati
- Cannonau & Rosti di fregola sarda, mantecata con pecorino sardo, carciofi sott’olio home made
- Carignano & Pain brioche, hummus di lenticchie speziate, cipolle in agrodolce, germogli

- Where? Centre Communautaire du Chant d'Oiseau. Av. du Chant d'Oiseau 40, 1150 Brussels. Free parking nearby or accessible via bus 36 (stop "Chant d'Oiseau").
- Fee: €85 per person. Reservation: Open until Sunday, 29 September. Cancellation possible up to 7 days before the event. Beyond, no refund will be possible anymore.
- Good to know: 5% discount on wines tasted, available for purchase on the evening. Electronic confirmation is sufficient for event entry.
