Embark on a culinary journey through the highlands of Sardinia, with a menu inspired by the terroir of Barbagia.

Chef Leonardo, from the restaurant Ciao located in the elegant Hôtel Mérode, has crafted four dishes to pair with our wine selection; each pairing embodies the wild spirit of this elevated region, reaching up to 700 metres above sea level. Expect a gastronomic adventure where every bite is an invitation to rediscover Sardinia in a new light.

  • When? Tuesday, 8 October. Welcome at 6:45 PM. Start at 7 PM. Ends at 10 PM.
  • Where? Centre Communautaire du Chant d'Oiseau. Av. du Chant d'Oiseau 40, 1150 Brussels. Free parking nearby or accessible via bus 36 (stop "Chant d'Oiseau").
  • Fee: €85 per person. Reservation: Open until Thursday, 26 September. Cancellation possible up to 10 days before the event.
  • Good to know: 5% discount on wines tasted, available for purchase on the evening. Electronic confirmation is sufficient for event entry.

About our Fork & Cork evenings: Our concept of a night where wine and small bites meet in the convivial spirit of Venetian cicchetti.
