Ombra, Prosecco Brut
En Vénétie, le mot « Ombra » désigne à la fois l'ombre et un verre de vin. Cette expression s'inspire de l'ancienne coutume selon laquelle on se rencontrait pour boire un verre de vin à l'ombre du célèbre Campanile de la Place Saint-Marc à Venise. C'est donc tout naturellement que Giovanni Gregoletto a choisi le mot « Ombra » pour baptiser son Prosecco: un mousseux frais, sec et délicatement fruité.
