Bagadíu, Bovale - 2019

Winemaker : Fradiles
| Region : Sardegna

Bagadiu, meaning "unmarried" in Sardinian, refers to the fact that this wine differs from the classic Mandrolisai DOC recipe: here, the Muristellu (Bovale grape variety), is not "married" to Cannonau or Monica. Paolo Savoldo has brilliantly succeeded in producing, from this indigenous variety, vinified in a single grape variety, a wine of character. Elegant red wine, structured, with intense aromas of red fruits, Mediterranean bush, and balsamic notes.
