Wine tasting advice

Vinification
Old vineyards. 20 months ageing in 25 hl oak barrels.
Terroir
Vineyard exposed to the southeast of the village of Barbaresco. Limestone soil rich in clay which, combined with the cooler microclimate, gives the wine more intense aromas and a rounder body.
Le vigneron
Roberto Bianco takes the greatest care of its 4.5 hectares of vineyards. Its domain, Cascina Morassino, is located in the heart of the Barbaresco appellation area in which his family has been living since the end of the 19th century. The name Bianco has thus been associated with the production of Barbaresco since 1870.
