A sparkling, contemporary and dynamic wine based on the oldest sparkling wine-making technique. This sparkling wine is made from indigenous white and red grape varieties, from old vines, and is obtained through two fermentations, one of which is natural in the bottle. Cloudy wine with a natural deposit.

Manual harvest. First fermentation in vats at controlled temperature. Second natural fermentation in the bottle. Unclarified and unfiltered. 5 months aging in bottle.

Painter and sculptor, winemaker since 1983, Angelo Accadia left Milan to establish his workshop in Castelli di Jesi, one of the most dedicated regions of Marche to wine production. Today with his daughter Evelyn, he considers wine as an art, a mode of expression in his own right.
