An iron will and an unwavering passion, this is what animated Carla Benini and her husband Edoardo Ventimiglia when they decided to leave their old way of life to convert to work of the land and the vines. Edoardo, a former film director in Rome whose grandfather had been Hitchcock's first cameraman, as well as Carla, a graduate in agronomy but working mostly locked in offices, quickly lost interest in their jobs in the city. / p>

In 1990 the decision was made: they launched into wine. They started out in conditions that put them to the test: they bought a house in poor condition, only one hectare of vines and a land that had been abandoned for several years. But by dint of talent and perseverance, they have made the organic domain evolve over time: in 1997, they made their first harvest in their restored cellar and produced their first bottle. Today, they continue to mature their project with the help of their friend, winemaker Attilio Pagli, and cherish every day the decision to become independent winegrowers.
