Bulfon
C’est grâce à la passion d’Emilio Bulfon, aidé par sa famille, que d’anciens cépages qui semblaient avoir disparu ont aujourd’hui pu reprendre vie, tout en étant mis en valeur et protégés. Le domaine se consacre depuis plusieurs années à la redécouverte et à la sélection d'anciens cépages, cultivés depuis des siècles sur les collines du Frioul occidental. Le chai se situe sur les contreforts de la province de Pordenone, entouré de bois, de collines et des rives du Tagliamento, dernier fleuve sauvage d’Europe. Le vignoble Bulfon est constitué de trois parcelles, dont les sols offrent des caractéristiques différentes, qui mettent chacune en valeur des cépages déterminés. Sur une surface en partie vallonnée de près de 16 hectares, onze cépages sont consacrés à la culture de variétés autochtones frioulanes récupérées.
